The Xinchao Group held its grand 2021 Spring Reception at Jiangyin International Hotel on December 28, 2020. Xinchao Group employees came together for the event to witness the fruitful results of the Group's development in 2020 and express their belief in the direction the company would take in 2021. The event included a New Year's address, recognition of outstanding employees, performances by the Ren'ai Youth Orchestra, and a gala dinner.

Chairman Wang Xinchao delivered an important speech at the reception.

He began by reviewing the company's performance in 2020, noting that all major business targets had been exceeded and significant year-over-year growth. The Group's successful transformation was discussed in light of three major business segments: investment, industry, and industrial incubation. At the meeting, Chairman Wang outlined operating principles for the Group for 2021 based on seizing opportunities, selecting the best investment projects, effectively grasping the construction of specialized and high-quality semiconductor industry investment platforms, widely recruiting outstanding talent to optimize the company's talent structure, firmly supporting the healthy development of major companies, adhering to the business philosophy of co-existence and mutual benefit for the company, team, partners, and employees, and operating in accordance with the law and benefiting shareholders and society.

The Group's operating targets for 2021 call for major companies to exceed the operating targets set by the company, the secondary market to ensure a reasonable annualized return, mindfulness of the interests of shareholders and employees, and significant growth of the Group's net assets. Chairman Wang said: "Our tasks in 2021 are both glorious and arduous, and the company's prospects are inspiring and motivating. Let us join hands, work hard, and dedicate all our wisdom and strength to the development of the Xinchao Group!" Chairman Wang also extended New Year's wishes to all employees on behalf of the group.

Following this, Vice President Wang Dexiang announced the awards for 2020.

The many awards included "Company-level Advanced Collective", "Outstanding Operator", "Advanced Team", "Outstanding Cadre", and "Single-item Expert" awards to thank both new and old employees for their hard work. The host announced the winners, who then took the stage in groups to receive their awards, sharing the honor and joy of the moment together.

The Xinchao Ren'ai Youth Orchestra then proceeded to charm the attendees with a wonderful performance of the drum piece "South of the Clouds", the Peking opera "Ode to the Pear Blossom", and the ensemble "Full Bloom and Full Moon", offering a splendid audio-visual feast for all Xinchao Group cadres and employees. After the performance, everyone enjoyed the Spring Reception banquet together.

The program prepared by staff included the dance "Masterpiece Martial Arts," the new "Three Sentences and a Half" sketch "Embrace the Rising Sun and Move Forward Courageously," and the dance medley "Everyday Upward," which captivated the audience, who expressed their delight and enjoyment.
