The world's largest semiconductor industry cooperation platform, SEMICON/FPD China, was held to much pomp and fanfare at the Shanghai New International Expo Center on March 17, 2015. The event was co-hosted by the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) and the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC) and showcased the latest global technologies and products and gathered global industry elites to grasp the pulse of the semiconductor industry.

At this conference, JCET Group Co., Ltd. Chairman Wang Xinchao was the sole recipient of the "SEMI China Annual Influential Person" award and was honored with the "SEMI China Industry Contribution Award".

At the invitation of the conference organizing committee, Chairman Wang Xinchao delivered a keynote speech titled "Seizing Opportunities and Achieving Excellence: Reflections on the Development of China's IC Packaging Industry", which was warmly welcomed and highly praised by the attending guests and audience.
